During the first Phase of University Crossings, Debco Construction was the prime contractor that consisted of Mass Grading, Water, Storm and Erosion Control.  The second phase of the project as subcontractor, we were responsible for the excavation, structural fill for footings and backfill, unclassified embankment around building to subgrade.  Geotextile, gravel under building slabs and excavation for foundation and columns.
