Central Ridge Road Slide Repairs

This project consisted of repairing 3 slides on Central Ridge Road Grade in Peck, ID. Repairing the uppermost slide involved constructing a Mechanically Stabilized Earth (MSE) wall. Repairs for the second slide involved constructing a 420 ft long MSE wall approximately, in combination with micro-piles and a cap beam to re-establish the outboard shoulder. Finally, repairs to the lowest slide involved excavating the uphill slope and shifting the alignment of the road. This project also included ditch improvements, culverts, and subsurface drainage.
